World Class Martial Arts in Holmes, PA sent twelve students to the Amateur Athletic Union (AAU) National Taekwondo Championships held in Austin Texas June 27^th – July 3^rd.  Competing against the nations best, World Class Martial Arts was able to bring home 12 medals.

The teammates who captured medals at Nationals in their divisions were:

Melanie Brutch-Female Teen 14-17 year old Black Belt Silver Olympic Sparring; Danielle English – Women’s Black Belt Silver Point Sparring;  Stephen Brutch – Boys 11-12 year old Black Belt Bronze Point Sparring; Isabella Brutch- Girls 9-10 year old Advanced Silver Point Sparring and Bronze Forms;  John Purcell- Men’s Advanced Silver Forms and Silver Point Sparring; Christian Mezzaroba – Men’s Black Belt Silver Forms, Bronze Point Sparring ; Nasir Feggans- Boys 7-8 year old Advanced Gold Points Sparring, Silver Olympic Sparring; Katelyn Rogers- Girls 12-13 year old Advanced Silver Point Sparring; Brandon Morris – Boys 9-10 year old Intermediate Silver Point Sparring.
